ABOUT BRENCHA

BRENCHA is a contemporary fashion brand by Slovenian fashion and costume designer Brina Vidic, created at the intersection of clothing, atmosphere, and character.

Drawing from her background in theatre costume design, Brina approaches fashion as a subtle form of storytelling. Not as costume, but as a way people shape presence, identity, and emotion in
everyday life. Her work explores the space between softness and structure,
intimacy and performance, creating garments that feel expressive yet wearable.

The brand is recognised for elongated silhouettes, textured layering, and subtle ornamental details. Rather than relying on literal historical references, BRENCHA develops its own visual language through abstract symbolic motifs, softened geometry, fragmented botanical forms, and textile-inspired ornamentation. Influenced by decorative symbolism and heritage
textiles, the brand balances structure with fluidity and restraint with detail.

At the core of BRENCHA is the idea of “quiet transformation”. Clothing that subtly shifts the feeling of the person wearing it without becoming theatrical or costume-like.
Embroidery, prints, jacquards, and tonal textures function less as decoration
and more as emotional markers woven into everyday dressing.

Rooted in small-batch production and thoughtful material choices, BRENCHA treats clothing as something personal and lasting: garments designed to accompany
creative work, evening gatherings, travel, domestic rituals, and moments of
self-expression.

Alongside her fashion practice, Brina works as a costume designer for theatre and
performance, which strongly influences the emotional language of the brand. Her
approach to dressing is deeply connected to character, atmosphere, and the
relationship between clothing and the person wearing it.

BRENCHAexists between everyday dressing and subtle performance. For people drawn to texture, symbolism,
and emotional presence rather than trends alone.
